Support Additional Systems of Pitch Representation

IWBNI it were possible to specify that any of the following systems of pitch representation be used:

Middle C
C1 C c c' c'' c''' c''''
C' C c c' c'' c''' c''''
CCC CC C c c' c'' c'''
C2 C1 C c c1 c2 c3

This could be implemented by replacing the Pitch Representation section of the Program Options dialog box with a list box that contains the following items:

-------------------------------
Pitch Representation

MIDI Note Number
C1 C2 C3 (C4) C5 C6 C7
C0 C1 C2 (C3) C4 C5 C6
C2 C3 C4 (C5) C6 C7 C8
C1 C c (c') c'' c''' c''''
C' C c (c') c'' c''' c''''
CCC CC C (c) c' c'' c'''
C2 C1 C (c) c1 c2 c3
-------------------------------

Subscript and superscript numbers could be replaced by normal numbers if such special formatting is troublesome.
