Support Additional Systems of Pitch Representation
IWBNI it were possible to specify that any of the following systems of
pitch representation be used:
Middle C | ||||||
C1 | C | c | c' | c'' | c''' | c'''' |
C' | C | c | c' | c'' | c''' | c'''' |
CCC | CC | C | c | c' | c'' | c''' |
C2 | C1 | C | c | c1 | c2 | c3 |
This could be implemented by replacing the Pitch Representation section of the Program Options dialog box with a list box that contains the following items:
-------------------------------
Pitch Representation
|MIDI Note Number|
|C1 C2 C3 (C4) C5 C6 C7|
|C0 C1 C2 (C3) C4 C5 C6|
|C2 C3 C4 (C5) C6 C7 C8|
|C1 C c (c') c'' c''' c''''|
|C' C c (c') c'' c''' c''''|
|CCC CC C (c) c' c'' c'''|
|C2 C1 C (c) c1 c2 c3|
-------------------------------
Subscript and superscript numbers could be replaced by normal numbers if such special formatting is troublesome.
