IWBNI it were possible to change the width of a given measure by dragging any note or rest that is contained in the measure. As it is now, the width of a single measure may be changed by using the Change Width edit control on the Measure Attributes dialog box. In scroll view, the width of a given measure may also be changed by dragging the handle for the right barline of the measure.
