IWBNI there were Next and Prev buttons on the Tempo Adjustment dialog box (that is associated with the tempo tool) that allowed one to jump to the next or previous Unit that has been defined in the current score.

Since tempo changes are often sparsely scattered throughout a piece, a Next and Prev button would greatly speed the process of finding and checking such changes.
