IWBNI on the Tempo Adjustment dialog box (that is associated with the tempo tool) there were a control that allowed one to enter or scroll to a given numbered measure. This control could function like the Measure Attributes for Measure control at the top of the Measure Attributes dialog box.

Gradual tempo changes such as ritardando and accelerando often occur over a sequence of measures. As it is now, one must close the Tempo Adjustment dialog box and then double click on the next measure to continue adding tempo Units to complete such a tempo change.
