Indenting Ties Beyond Slurs at the Start of a System

When both ties and slurs fall on a given system break, IWBNI it were possible to specify that at the beginning of the new system, the left tips of such ties should be indented to the right of the left tips of the slurs.

The advantage to using this approach is that it helps to distinguish ties from slurs (which look very similar) and it reinforces the idea that the slur embraces a longer sequence of notes than the tie (as is often the case).

This could be implemented by adding a new entry called System Start Adjustment with Slurs under Tie System Breaks in the Tie Options dialog box.

As it is now, it is possible to use a larger value for Options>Tie Options>System Start Adjustment than for SmartShape>Smart Shape Options>System Start Adjustment but this results in indenting ties too far when slurs are not present.
