IWBNI all objects that are generally placed close to a notehead (e.g. articulations, slurs, ties, etc.) had a positional resolution of 1/64th EVPU (i.e. 1 EFIX). As it is now, in most cases the resolution of such positions is 1 EVPU which is 1/288th of an inch.
