As it is now, when a time signature 3/4 is displayed, the 3 and 4 are centered about the same vertical line. As a result, the 3 is indented further than the 4. For cases such as this, when there is a single-digit numerator above a single-digit denominator, some prefer to have these digits left justified, so that the left edge of 3 and 4 fall on the same vertical line. IWBNI the type of justification used for the top and bottom numbers of a single-digit time signature were optional.
This could be implemented by adding the following options to the Time Signature Options dialog box:
Alignment for Single-Digit Time Signatures: Horizontal: |Left/Center/Right|
