Don't Break Ties on Respell Notes

IWBNI it were possible to specify that the mass mover utility respell notes should never break a tie between two notes across a bar line. There are cases when this utility does break ties.

For example, create two bars. Make the last note of the first bar be A#. Make the first note of the second bar be a harmonic interval consisting of the same A# and the B above it. Now tie the two A#'s together across the barline. Select the 2 bars and respell notes. The first A# will be moved up to Bb. The A# in bar 2 will be unchanged. This results in Bb in bar 1 being tied to A# in bar 2. This is unattractive and also it does not play back correctly (the A# in bar 2 is sounded). In this case, one would want to be able to specify that the A# in bar 2 should also be changed.
