The IWBNI Bulletin was a notification service for the site Finale: IWBNI that was distributed while the site was being written. Subscribers of the bulletin received one brief message per day that listed the titles and links to the new suggestions that had been added to the site that day. The message also included the titles and links to a randomly selected trio of previous suggestions.
