Time Signature Options when Inserting Measures

When inserting a measure using the measure tool, IWBNI the Insert Measures dialog box (in addition to prompting for the number of measures to insert) prompted for the desired time signature.

As it is now, an inserted bar takes on the time signature of the bar that it follows.

Also, IWBNI on the Insert Measures dialog box one could indicate that a default time signature should be used. The default time signature could be set via some new option in the Time Signature Options dialog box.

Also, IWBNI on the Insert Measures dialog box one could indicate that the time signature of the bars that are to be inserted should be the same as the bar that follows the point of insertion (rather than the bar that precedes it).

The new Insert Measures dialog box might look like this:

--------------------------------

Time Signature:
(x) Use previous bar
( ) Use next bar
( ) Use default
( ) [Select>Time Sig. Dlg Box]
--------------------------------
